Day 01 – Trivandrum
Kerala Ayurveda TourArrive Trivandrum. Meeting on assistance and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon visit the Padmanabhaswamy temple and Napier Museum. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02 – Trivandrum - Cape Comorin - Trivandrum
Full day excursion to Cape Comorin. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03 – Trivandrum - Periyar
Leave for Periyar by road. On arrival check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon boat tour of the sanctuary. Overnight at the hotel

Day 04 – Periyar - Cochin
Morning leave for Cochin by road. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Cochin by boat. In the evening watch Kathakali dance performance. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05 – Cochin - Ayurveda Centre
Morning leave for Ayurveda centre of your choice. Consultation with the inhouse physician and drawing up of your Ayurveda programme followed by commencement of your programme.

Day 06 – Ayurveda Centre
Full day at the centre.

Day 07 – Ayurveda Centre
Full day at the centre.

Day 08 – Ayurveda Centre - Trivandrum
Leave for Trivandrum by road. Transfer to the international airport on arrival to connect flight for onward journey.
